The Netherlands Chapter for Spirit At Work (NCSAW) had the first official meeting on October 1st, 2007 in the Hague. This bi-lingual (English-Dutch) forum is designed to:
-Support people from diverse workplaces and organizations who want to live their spiritual principles more deeply in all parts of their lives.
-Encourage an open dialogue about spirituality in the workplace and discuss what current trends are taking place with regard to introducing spiritual practices at work.
-Discuss the misperception that spirituality and business don't mix and share examples of companies that are very successful with a clear spiritual foundation.
-Invite guest speakers from time to time who are experts in different areas of spiritual growth and development to share their views on work-life balance and spirituality in business.
