Down-to-Earth Meditation for Busy People
December 11th 2007 from 9:30 - 11:30 at the Women's Business Initiative
An entertaining and informative class introduces people to different forms of simple meditation and why it is important to our busy lives. The body, mind and soul connection will be discussed with regard to meditation as a practical tool. The attendees will do several meditation exercises to connect to inner centeredness and find balance in the high speed world we live in.
Fee: Euro 50.00 per person. Includes light refreshments and handouts.
