The Law of Polarity. Do you want to

things happen to you? Read on.
As always, this e-newsletter offers
inspiration, encouragement and points to ponder but
you as the reader, decide what to take from it that you

This is the 4th e-newsletter I have created. What
do you think of it so far? I would be pleased to
received some feedback from you about this work and

Feature Article: The Law of Polarity

By Barbara Rogoski with information from Chuck
Danes
Why is it that we have very good times in our lives
when all seems to be going well, and also have a fair
amount of bad times that appear to take us to the
opposite end of the spectrum? Why must we
sometimes go through events, conditions and
circumstances that we perceive as unpleasant, hard
or painful?
Chuck Danes, in his website
Abundance-and-Happiness.com explains:
This Spiritual Law of Polarity was created and exists
as a means to enable each of us to explore and
experience life to the fullest. A life experience absent
of the Law of Polarity would deny you the ability to fully
experience your life.
If what you perceive as bad did not exist, would you
know when you were having a good experience? If
poverty did not exist would you know what it was like to
experience wealth? If failure did not exist would you
know what it was to experience success? If there
existed no such thing as death we could not
experience life.
The Law of Polarity exists as a means to enable you to
learn and discover that within every perceived problem
lies its solution, within every perceived failure lies its
success.
What is extremely important to understand regardless
of where you may currently find yourself in relation to
your life experience, is that within each experience
regardless of how it may be perceived lies the
possibility as well as the ability to experience the
opposite.
If you are experiencing financial
difficulties,
within that perceived hardship lies the ability to
experience financial plenty. If you are currently
experiencing difficult and un-fulfilling relationships,
within that situation lies the possibility of experiencing
healthy and harmonious relationships.
If you are experiencing illness and disease you also
have within that situation the potential and possibility
to experience vibrant health.
Within ANY event, condition, or circumstance which
you may be currently experiencing lies the opportunity
as well as the probability of experiencing the
opposite.
The only thing that determines the likelihood of that
probability or the end result, resides only in a choice.
More specifically "Your Choice" as to which end of the
spectrum that you will experience. The only
determining factor which lies between these two
seemingly opposite circumstances is what you
believe to be true.
Understanding this, how do you go about
experiencing the opposite? How is it that you can
develop the belief necessary to experience the polar
opposite of that which you are currently experiencing
in your life? Through education and experience. The
fastest and least painful path is to learn acceptance.
Acceptance of whatever you may be currently
experiencing acts as the polar opposite of resistance
and will attract to you more of that which you
consciously desire.

Five Minute Meditation
This 5 minute meditation for February takes you to a
hillside full of wildflowers and a walk in the woods.
Enjoy the experience and imagery and go with
whatever you see. You
can visit this lovely place anytime you need a quick
getaway.
To listen, click on the link below. If you cannot
listen, here is the text:

Welcome to our five minute meditation this month
called,
Surrender and Release Sit deep in
your
chair with your back straight and your feet flat on
the floor. Hands gently resting on your lap and relax.
Close your eyes and focus on your breathing. Take a
deep breath and let it out. Again. Deep breathe in
and release. Continue to breathe in this rhythmic
manner as you listen further to this meditation
exercise.
Concentrate on your breathing. It is very important
to be aware of your breathing during meditation as it
helps you relax and form a rhythm. When those little
nagging thoughts creep into your mind to distract
you, gently brush them away and concentrate on
your breathing. All your other worries and
concerns will be taken care of in good time.
In your minds eye you awaken and are sitting on a
hillside in a field of beautiful wildflowers. The colors of
these natural wonders are all around you in the
beautiful, warm sunshine. You take a deep breath and
look around and as far as you can see, there is a field
of these beautiful flowers gently blowing in the breeze.
You find it so beautiful here ;peaceful and relaxed.
You get to your feet slowly and start to stroll down
the hill along a gentle path through the woods. You
enter an area that is richer with green plants and
bushes and the trees cover the path but allow the light
to shine through their branches. You are at one with
nature and are happy and contented as you walk
along the path. You see that up ahead there is a
beautiful blue lake with trees all around it. You come
closer to the lake and look across it and admire the
magnificence of nature in this place. No one has
disturbed this place and no other person is here but
you.
You see a family of deer on the other side of the lake
drinking water and you don’t move but stand still and
admire this gentle wildlife family. When they have
gone, you walk a bit further and come to a comfortable
looking bench that offers a lovely view of the lake for
your enjoyment. You sit down on the bench and relax
in this peaceful place. You take a deep breath and
appreciate that you can take a short break from life to
just sit and BE - here.
Your mind wanders back to situations in your life.
Think of the current worries that are on your mind and
that you are trying to sort out. Whether it is a problem
you must solve or a difficult decision you must make. It
weighs heavily on your mind;even in this magical
place.
How would it feel to surrender this problem to the
Universe? How would it feel to actually raise your
hands, palms up, and release it to God to sort out with
you?
We think that we need to hold on very tightly to
problems
in our lives because we think we are the only ones
who can solve them. The more important it is to us,
the more important it is
to surrender and allow God to
help us sort it out. For as A Course in Miracles says,
when we stop trying to control events, they fall into
natural order. We learn to trust that the power that
holds galaxies together can handle the circumstances
of our lives. So try to practice the art of surrender and
release when you are holding on too tight and if you
can manage to release it to God, you will see changes
in how you face the world and how things turn out in
Divine right order.
Bring your mind’s eye vision back to the lake where
you are sitting on your bench. The sun is beginning to
set and the afternoon shadows descend on the trees
and the lake, changing the color and light but it does
not diminish the beauty of this place. You take one
last look around the lake and start to walk back up the
path from where you came and return to the hillside
full of wildflowers. The colors here have changed to
purples and blues as the sun begins to come down
toward the horizon. You sit down again on the side of
the hill where you began this journey and take a deep
breath and you are happy and content. You close your
minds eye again and you consider what you have
seen.
You come back to the place where you
are sitting in your chair; you move your arms and legs
and when you are ready, open your eyes.
You feel refreshed and peaceful and ready to face the
rest of your day.
This is a guided visualization that you can do anytime
you
want to run away but only have a few minutes to do
so. There is value in regular meditation: to relax, use
your imagination and simply connect with your inner
self.

feature, if it works properly and how we could make
it better for you.

Closing Thought

When you wonder what is coming, tell yourself that the
best is coming, the very best life and love have to offer,
the best God and His universe have to send. Then
open your hands to receive it. Surrender your worries
to Him who knows what you need before you ask it.
Your intuition will always be there gracing your steps
through life. As you act on it's wisdom, you will find that
your fear drops away and you will move forward with
confidence in all your endeavors. From Divine
Intuition by Lynn Robinson
